Day to Day responsibilities:
  • Pipeline - Chasing Expired quotes for the team to ensure pipeline is up to date
  • Solutions Inbox - Allocation of leads documenting in spreadsheets to show what leads and quotes raised
  • Software Renewals/Warranty Renewals - Ensuring expired renewals customers are contacted and new orders processed this will be done on a monthly basis based on reports raised
  • Accreditations - Help the team to maintain and hold accreditations for partner statuses
  • Solutions phone line inbound help with incoming calls and opportunities
  • Sales admin - chasing POD's to invoice orders for month end figures, manual orders and placing orders
  • Attend new Product Training keep up to date with the new technologies
  • After sales care surrounding solutions products. Follow up calls to see if any further assistance is needed
  • Processing manual orders and invoicing orders for month end figures
  • Help with any additional admin solution sales may have so that sales are the main priority
  • Generating leads from pool call outs ran by the Solutions team to generate continuous leads. These will be done quarterly
  • KPI's based on the jobs involved 40 dials 2 hours talk time daily
  • Learn Bid processes so you can use partner portals to raise bids and increase sales margin for the team

Desired qualifications

  • Maths and English at Grade 4/C (or equivalent) and above desirable although not essential


Future prospects

  • Full training will be given in this challenging and varied role to ensure that the apprentice has the skills and expertise to become a permanent member of the team upon completion of the apprenticeship programme. Wage reviewed and increased based on performance
