Overview
We are recruiting for a Graduate Client Support to join our international award-winning commercial Client, based in Woking. Working in a supportive team environment, the successful candidate will be assisting new financial services customers from initial sales contact through to regular client and establishing lasting relationships to ensure customers have the best user experience of an online product set. Responsibilities
* Building strong relationships with financial services customers, maintaining regular contact throughout the transition process
* Proactively monitoring customers' business and product usage, resolving issues before they occur and suggesting new, innovative ideas to ensure success with the Company products
* Working closely with internal teams, connecting customer requirements with products/services development strategy
* Maintaining strong product knowledge
* Establishing and managing customers' business needs, offering relevant product recommendations
* Regular proactive contact to ensure customers are enjoying regular use of products and getting the most value out of them
Requirements
* Educated to degree standard in an academic subject
* Customer support experience gained in a commercial office environment
* Experience using CRM (ideal if SalesForce)
* Previous experience within fund/asset management is advantageous
* Strong Excel skills
