We're looking for people to join the team who are as excited and passionate as we are about positively change lives & making Rise Technical the no.1 global technical recruiter.

At Rise you are responsible for building your network & client-base, understanding the full business needs of your clients, before finding the solution to their recruitment needs. The role is fast-paced, sales-driven & challenging, with incredible rewards.

Rise Technical has grown & adapted over time, from a 3-person start-up to Bristol's Leading Technical recruiter, it's been an incredible journey so far. It's a really exciting time at Rise, we've developed pipelines into the US & Europe, with other locations on the horizon. The Role

  • Develop new business & build relationships with new & existing clients
  • Sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities
  • Negotiating, influencing and persuading where appropriate to achieve the best outcome for both your clients and your candidates.
  • Project management
  • Days: Monday - Friday
