We have an exciting opportunity to join the newly formed Wellbeing and Resilience Hub, otherwise known as KeepingWellNEL !

Following this especially challenging year, we have received a grant from NHS England to open a Wellbeing service for all NHS and health and social care staff in North East London. KeepingWellNEL has been set up to address the impact this has had on our wellbeing.

We provide a safe and confidential listening service and signposting support for our culturally diverse workforce via live chat, SMS, telephone or by accessing information on the website.

We aim to ensure KeepingWellNEL is not only helpful for all staff, but relevant and culturally cohesive. We believe that breaking down stigma around asking for help is vital in maintaining our wellbeing. This is a core focus for our team and we aim to listen and shine a light on the aspects of wellbeing that our team and colleagues identify as important.

In addition to the attached JD, Knowledge and Experience in following areas are welcomed for the delivery of this programme and role :

Good understanding of current pandemic and social distancing engagement practices · Good experience of creating content , publishing on social media channels and monitoring engagement · Good experience of monitoring and responding to social media reactions · Good experience of MS Office 365 apps (MSTeams, MSPlanner, MSSharepoint / OneDrive) · Good experience of paid marketing campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin · Experience of using live chat software ( Zoom, MSTeams, others, etc) · Experience of organising resources in a knowledge management platform (MSTeams Wiki, CRISP library) · Knowledge understating of NICE CG 123 guidance and the Stepped Care model · Experience delivering live webinars, product presentations and product pitches

We are a fully remote service and are open Monday to Saturday 8am to 8pm

Probationary Period
This post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).

Assessment/Interview info
At NELFT we set very high standards to ensure we provide quality services. We require prospective employees to carry out an online literacy and numeracy test, equivalent to NVQ Level 2. If you are shortlisted, invited for interview and successfully offered the post, you will be required to undertake an assessment for these skills during the pre-employment checks.

Starting with NELFT
NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment. As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focusing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes. The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.

High Cost Area Supplement - London
This post also attracts payment for High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (minimum payment of £3,899 and a maximum payment of £4,968).

COVID Vaccinations
The government is currently in consultation to ensure that all NHS workers are fully COVID-19 vaccinated unless exempt forclinical reasons. We therefore encourage all applicants to ensure they have been fully vaccinated prior to starting with the Trust.
