We are looking for an outstanding person to join NHS England's North East and Yorkshire Regional Primary Care Transformation Team. Based in Quarry House (Leeds), the Primary Care Transformation Team works on a range of priority programmes across NHS England in the North East and Yorkshire region.

If you are a quick learner, skilled in programme management, looking to succeed in a fast-paced environment and can demonstrate your abilities to deliver to a high standard then we welcome your application for this exciting role.

Successful applicants will be well-organised, driven and adaptable, have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work quickly and decisively alongside senior colleagues. You will have a flexible attitude and be comfortable using your initiative to work both independently and also as part of the wider team.

Candidates should have experience of managing projects and distinct pieces of work and knowledge of the health and social care sector is also desirable.

We would like to hear from you if you are comfortable writing reports and can communicate effectively with a range of people. You will also be technically competent and keen to expand your skills set. You will continually seek improvement in everything you do.
