£18,546 - £19,918 per annum/pro rata (AfC Band 2)

37.5 hours per week - 12 MONTHS FIXED TERM / SECONDMENT

This role is a fantastic opportunity for apprentices who are currently studying for NVQ Level 2/3, apprentices should note that the salary will remain as an apprenticeship salary as this position is fixed term.

An opportunity has arisen for well motivated enthusiastic individuals to work in our busy Outpatient Department where you will carry out a full range of reception/clerical duties that supports the efficient and effective running of the outpatient clinics.

For this role it is essential that you are educated to GCSE Standard (grades A-C), or have equivalent knowledge/experience, with previous experience of using the Patient Administration System.

With good communication and interpersonal skills you will have experience of communicating with a wide range of people on the telephone or face to face. You will be able to work on your own initiative, priortising your workload efficiently and effectively, paying attention to detail at all times whilst working under pressure and to tight deadlines.

You will be a good team player with a flexible approach to work, pleasant personality and positive outlook.

Enhanced Check: £40.00 + administration cost of £3.69 = £13.69 deduction from 1st months' salary, £10.00 deduction from salary over following 3 months.
