About the Kitchen Manager Role

Customer - A passion to deliver high service, leaving the customers with everlasting memories and an experience that they are looking forward to returning to.

Team - Fun and energetic you will have a natural flare to develop relationships with our customers, teams, and thrive on taking responsibility for the growth of the business being able to drive and deliver great results alongside your Management Team.

Provide a consistent and professional training and induction for all team members and provide them with regular updates on their progress and performance and what they can do to progress their careers.

Participate in pre-shift team briefings, and be an advocate of the menu, providing food-tasting sessions for the briefing to develop the menu knowledge of the team.

Respect - You will set an example and standards in a respectful working environment. To drive results, a great working environment for team and great journey for your customers.

Results - Deliver the offer for every customer to make sure all dishes are right first time, cooked and delivered to brand specification, that hot food is served hot and preventing poor food standards from leaving the kitchen.

At Greene King you will be working towards a Senior Production Chef Level 3 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months.
