What will the apprentice be doing?
Preparation of marketing material (brochures, advertisements), client correspondence, report writing, financial and numerical analysis of development projects (training to be provided).
Property / site inspections with clients and prospective buyers with colleagues and independently. You should expect to be out of the office for around 1 day a week spread across the week. A desire and willingness to travel across London and meet a variety of people is essential.
Research activities and information gathering from web databases, colleagues and other property professionals outside of Savills - e.g property sales data, planning applications and policy information.
Attending client meetings with other team members and colleagues.
Maintenance of team information databases.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
5 year training programme (Level 6 Apprentice), which entails a part time undergraduate degree apprenticeship (4 years) and APC (2 years, enrolled in year 4 of undergraduate degree) leading to MRICS qualification. Full on the job training for all skills required. You will be provided with 1 day per week to focus on your apprenticeship studies.
