About the apprenticeship
Lyte Ladders & Towers are seeking individuals to join an exciting and growing business. We are looking for enthusiastic candidate to undertake an apprenticeship in Business Administration within the business with the possibly of progress into specialist departments within the company.
During the apprenticeship, the successful candidates will spend time in several departments to build an overall business understanding of how the company operates, gain valuable experience and carry out duties designed to develop foundation skills/knowledge in all aspects of business administration.
The successful candidates will study towards gaining a qualification in business administration level 2, including training in communication within a business environment, understanding employer organisations, principles of providing administrative services and many more.

Following the successful completion of the apprenticeship there will be the potential to progress within the company, who will also look to support individuals to pursue further education in their chosen fields within their departments.

GCSE or Equivalent in English & Maths (but Not Essential)
