GRADUATE TOWN PLANNER

A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a talented and ambitious Graduate Town Planner to join a dynamic Consultancy based in Manchester!

My client is a multi-disciplinary Property and Construction Consultancy with over 20 years industry experience and three core disciplines - Planning, Project Development Management and Cost Management.

The team provides planning and development advice to clients across the UK and provide commercially focused advice which reflects their detailed understanding of planning policy, practice, and legislative frameworks.

My client works across a range of exciting medium to large scale projects that cover all sectors, notably working on urban regeneration, residential development, listed building and conservation, commercial and education, and sport & leisure!

The Planning team is made up of 9 talented Planning specialists who work congruently to offer clients the following services:

Site appraisals.
Pre application advice.
Planning applications.
Sector 106 advice and negotiation.
Public consultation.
Statements of community involvement.
Design & access statements.
Planning appeals.
Expert witness.
Development plan representation.
EIA co-ordination.

Interested?

We are seeking applications for candidates with the following attributes:

RTPI accredited Degree in Town Planning or relevant field of study.
Previous experience in Town Planning role ideal.
A firm understanding of Planning and Development.
Ability to work from own initiative as well as be a team player!
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills!
