One of the UK's leading providers of skilled technical resource supporting the regulatory environment are offering fantastic Graduate Administrator opportunities within the financial services sector for a major financial organisation. The role of Graduate Administrator will be supporting the Estates Administration Service which is a highly successful unit within our clients business. With expertise and specialist knowledge, it provides a comprehensive, personal and professional service in all aspects of an estate administration.

Our client currently have 10 teams across offices in Exeter and Birmingham with around 41 colleagues administering the terms of a Will or rules of Intestacy, including obtaining the Grant and to include taxation and other legislative aspects. Due to expansion, further roles across the teams are being created.

The role is that of support within the Estate Administration process, where our client administers the terms of a deceased's Will or Intestacy. This is an opportunity to work within this area of Law.

This is an initial 3 month contract with a view to the role going perm.

As a Graduate Administrator, you will:

Banking, clerical, post and other duties to assist the Estate Case officers
Post, triage, filing
Data input and Case set up

Some Estate Administration tasks (with training)
Completion of HMRC forms (with training)

To be a successful Graduate Administrator you will have the following skills and experience:

Strong administration skills
A degree in Law would be advantageous
A strong team player and quick learner
Good knowledge of Microsoft and IT skills
Positive and enthusiastic
Attention to detail
Good time management and organized
