Are you a graduate in HR or Business? Are you looking for an entry-level HR role? Would you like to learn on the job and experience the full remit of HR and Training administration in an innovative, well-respected global company? Then this might be the job for you!

We are looking for a Graduate HR and Training Administrator to join our friendly HR team, initially on a 1 year fixed-term contract. Based at our Bromsgrove office, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, and will support the HR team with administrative and systems work. We do not require previous HR or Training experience, but we are looking for someone with a passion for HR and a willingness to learn.

You will have:

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Strong IT and systems proficiency

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* The ability to work under pressure

* The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

You will be:

* Friendly and able to work with a wide range of stakeholders
