We are an international payments company helping high net-worth private individuals to exchange their money at the right time. We specialise in overseas property purchases and have a large reputable network including being Rightmove's exclusive currency provider as well as partnerships with many other estate agents, and solicitors in the UK and abroad.
We are looking for enthusiastic people who are dedicated to their professional growth and are keen to start a career in sales. The company has been growing by 30-40% in revenue each year, which made us double in size during the last five years and open two international offices. Even though we are rapidly growing, we have maintained a friendly, open working environment. Our approach is consultative which helps us provide personalised service and tailored solutions to our customers. Our focus is on customer service and maintaining long-term relationships and we are dedicated to make a real difference to our clients.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Committed to professional and personal development by providing extensive sales training. Partnered with a renowned sales training company to develop our Internal Accreditation System, which follows a consultative approached. The majority of our successful sales managers and team leaders have started their careers on this desk which shows our commitment to your career development.
This is a B2C telesales role where you will be building up relationships with new customers. Once in the role you will be trusted with the autonomy to manage your own lead source. You will be calling people who have opted in to hear about our service so no cold calling. You will also have the opportunity to upsell the business with potential customers are our bespoke property exhibitions around the UK.
This role sits on a private client sales team of 7. The desk is ambitious and hard-working but doesn't forget to have a lot of fun! If you are a positive and driven person with excellent communication skills, then this role is for you.
