Graduate Business Development Representatives Package:

A competitive basic salary of GBP25,000
OTE/Commission taking your Y1 total earnings to GBP35,000

Graduate Business Development Representative Role:

Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company offering and the market it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
Perform regular prospect outreach via phone calls, email and social channels, networking and creating initial relationships with directors and key decision makers
Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified sales meetings for senior members of the team- you will shadow these meetings initially, however once you are confident in the role you will be able to assist on some of the meetings you book
Maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, managing queries and diagnosing any challenges, leading to the effective positioning of the company products and services.
Work closely with the marketing team to support them with campaigns and follow up any leads generated from them
Ensure the company CRM system is kept up to date with information throughout the sales cycle
Graduate Business Development Executive Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you will be interacting with clients across many levels of seniority on a regular basis!
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
IT literate
Team player, with the ability to work autonomously
