ICT Apprentice Level 3
This role is for candidates with GCSEs and those WITHOUT an IT qualification which is level 3/equivalent or higher
Location: London, SE1 7TP (This role may require very occasional travel abroad)
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 pa
Duration: 18months

The role work flexibly with other members of the IT team in order to provide IT service to UK and European Offices between the hours of 8am - 6pm GMT
5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Throughout our apprenticeships programs learners receive training, coaching, help and guidance from a committed team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
On successful completion of this apprenticeship, you will receive an accredited Information Communications Technician (ICT) Level 3 qualification.
Job Description:
As part of your apprenticeship, you will be supported, through training, mentoring and supervision, to undertake the following duties:
• Lead the ServiceDesk team and act as the escalation point for complex queries and issues
• Plan and delegate activities for direct reports
• Working in person or via telephone and using remote access tools to provide ICT support and a timely satisfactory resolution
• Administration of Office 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, OneNote and PowerApps for staff)
• Establish and diagnose problems/faults using the required troubleshooting methodology and tools
• Apply the appropriate security policies in line with organisational requirements
• Interpret technical specifications relevant to the task
• Apply appropriate testing methodologies to hardware or software or cabling assets
• Document or escalate tasks as appropriate to ensure a clear audit trail and progression of issues

• Creating of accounts and onboarding of new users
• Support and training of staff / clients in ICT issues.
• Support the roll out of upgrades, new systems, and applications
• Deliver network tasks prioritising security with a view to mitigating and defending against security risks
• Scope and delivery of projects
• Communicate with all levels of stakeholders, talking them through steps to take to resolve issues or set up systems, keeping them informed of progress and managing escalation and expectations
• Create and maintain project and operational related documentation, ensuring that accurate information is always available to the technical team
• Foreign languages spoken may be an advantage
Eligibility:
