Customer Success Executive Package:

A competitive basic salary of GBP27,500
Y1 OTE of GBP44,000 (uncapped!)

Customer Success Executive Role:

Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, their clients and their offering in order to have valuable conversations
Deliver excellent relationship management to clients
Present on video calls to clients about best practice, solutions and opportunities available
Work strategically with clients to identify business needs that can be addressed by commercial opportunities for the company
Ensure client retention is maximised as well as upselling and cross-selling the company product portfolio
Work closely with Operations to develop and maintain necessary technical knowledge to be the clients' point of contacting for troubleshooting
Manage your own forecast and CRM records
Work with Product Management to identify new product features
Work with the Head of Account Management to build out strategic plans for your portfolio of accounts
Customer Success Executive Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Computer/IT literate
Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
