Apprentice Project Officer - Business Development
Responsible to: Business Development Administrator
Role Purpose
An exciting apprenticeship for an individual who wants to pursue a career in business and get an insight into the business function within Accords Care and Support department. You will work alongside the Business Development Team and its stakeholders to deliver key projects that will enable the department to achieve growth and performance objectives.
Key Duties
* Social media in Care and Support, managing accounts e.g Facebook, Twitter
* Marketing and literature link for PR & Communication Teams at Accord
* Data collection from surveys and evaluations working with Head of Innovation & Impact
* Coordination of departmental awards, from identifying potential awards to working with colleagues to write submissions and managing the submission progress
* Involvement with bids and tenders, which involves collation of customer profiling and commissioner surveys
* Support with information gathering and horizon scanning
* Participate in campaigns, events and training in Care and Support
* Contribute to team administration

Interested ? Essential Requirements:
* Grade 4 or above Maths, English
* Level 2 in Functional Skills Numeracy and Literacy
* Grade C or above in Maths and English
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Practical knowledge of Computer Systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Good organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Demonstrate a commitment and understanding of confidentiality.
* Abide by Accords policies, procedures and guidelines, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and care standards.
