We currently have an Apprenticeship opportunity with our Financial Services client based in Stirling, these opportunities sit within their Customer Service All Centre. Apprentices in the Customer Service team hold telephone-based roles, answering customer queries and dealing with requests regarding their investments, such as pensions. These opportunities provide excellent training and industry knowledge, and are the perfect platform, from which to launch a career within Financial Services.
This apprenticeship offers a fully paid Level 2 apprenticeship in the capacity of Investment Operations Administrator, our client further strengthen this apprenticeship by including the Level 1 Introduction to Securities and Investment unit, part of the globally recognised and respected IOC qualification.
Successful applicants will be enrolled into a work-based training programme, designed around the role they will carry out, where the training and development is provided as a combination of:
* On the job training
* Qualifications (no attendance at college is needed)
The role involves:
* Answering incoming calls
* Updating in house system
* Following FCA guidelines
* Remaining professional at all times
* Dealing with high volume calls
* Resolution of client queries within specific team deadlines
Upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship (usually achieved in 12 months) an internal development scheme awaits and with it, the ability to climb the career ladder further!
