Key Responsibilities

-Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests and liaising with the relevant department

-Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages

-Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events

-Taking meeting minutes accurately and distributing these to appropriate staff

-Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information

-Managing inventory of office supplies including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations and adequate stock levels

-Creating travel itineraries for business executives, employees and company events

-Performing administration tasks such as photocopying, printing, scanning and dealing with incoming and outgoing post

-Emptying the office shredder and maintaining the printer

-Dealing with incoming and outgoing deliveries

-Answering reception telephone calls and directing them to the appropriate department

-Dealing with emails

-Inputting data into spreadsheets

-Letter writing

-Aiding with health and safety assessments ensuring compliance and quality is achieved

-Working in other departments as and when the need arises

-Supervising the staff kitchen area
