Salary: GBP45,610 - GBP53,757
Burman are working with a leading university on the appointment of a Degree Apprenticeships Manager. Reporting to the Head of Academic Policy and Quality Assurance, the successful incumbent will manage and provide expertise to degree apprenticeship policy, quality assurance and compliance processes.
Act as the main adviser for internal and external stakeholders in all matters relating to Degree Apprenticeships.
Develop and manage regulations, policies and strategy relating to Degree Apprenticeships in line with the latest national requirements.
Co-ordinate all Degree Apprenticeship compliance functions across UCL and undertaking a number of central quality assurance and compliance activities.
Provide guidance and advice to colleagues on regulatory and policy matters
Educated to degree level or equivalent or professional relevant experience.
Experience of the operational management of Degree Apprenticeship delivery, including liaising with employers and external regulatory and funding bodies.
Expert knowledge of the regulatory and quality assurance requirements relating to Degree Apprenticeships in the UK, including Ofsted's Education Inspection Framework, the ESFA's Funding Rules, financial structures and reporting and data return requirements.
Experience of drafting agreements and facilitating the negotiation of agreements.
Experience of using databases and information systems
