Key responsibilities:

Proactively research the market and profile businesses with the aim of generating new opportunities, leads and meetings
Engage with the training schemes which involve meeting the finance, marketing, customer service team and sales teams
Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company, competitors and their respective service offerings
Initially shadow the Business Development Consultant on client meetings before eventually attending your own

Educated to degree level
Highly organised with exemplary time management skills
Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Good attention to detail
