Our client are a leading Utilities and Infrastructure business, that have been through an exciting period of investment and growth and are currently looking to enhance their team on a graduate basis. This role will contribute to successful delivery for clients, give them broad exposure across the utilities sector and be crucial feeder role for future leadership opportunities.

Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team within the power division you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of projects in your team in accordance with the company's standards and procedures.

You will be a strong team player with good communication skills, able to liaise effectively with all members of the team to initially assist in the delivery of a project by contributing to specific areas.

This will be to follow through and see the installation of a project that you have been involved with from inception, to gain a greater understanding of the installation programme requirements, sequencing and the significance of these (including management of safety, programme management, mobilization management as well as contract, commercial and project management). As you develop more experience, you will gain the responsibility and autonomy to manage and lead your own projects.

This role will mold and develop you to work in a fast paced environment, interact with people and be a highly organized individual.

Furthermore, you will develop a strong understanding of the company's culture and core values, along with an awareness of the business plan and objectives.

This opportunity leads to a fully trained graduate, that will gain exposure to a multitude of roles within a growing power business, depending upon your skill set, ability and job preference, at the end of this graduate journey, you will be have a minimum package of GBP40,000 plus exceptional benefits and rewards.

The successful candidate will be a graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree within Electrical Engineering along with a good commercial understanding. As a graduate, you will be provided with all relevant training. You will drive your own learning and development with guidance and coaching from your manager and colleagues. You will be supported on your journey towards professional membership of a relevant professional body
