We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Business Administrator Apprentice (level 3) to join our team for a 15-month fixed term contract. In this role you will be the face of HR, dealing with all our visitors, answering their queries or signposting them to where they can best get help. In return we will support your learning through an apprenticeship programme and are committed to facilitating interesting and engaging opportunities for learning.
This role is part time - 30 hours per week, 6 hours of your working week will be devoted to your learning and development. We are fairly flexible on the work pattern; we will need you to be here on a Monday and Friday but can be more flexible on the days in between. You will keep all our basic administrative tasks up to date, such as:
Data entry onto our HR systems
Filing, keeping our personnel files up to date and audit ready
Updating Excel spreadsheets with new or revised data
Printing and photocopying our new starter induction packs
Creating mail merges to send letters to our employees
Creating information posters and keeping our notice boards up to date
Supporting the HR team in sending meeting invites to interviews and formal meetings

You will need to meet the Maths and English requirements to complete the apprenticeship course which is GCSE English and Maths, Grade A-C / 9-4 or the equivalent.
