Location: strixton, northants
Contract type: fixed term contract
about the role.
As our Digital Marketing Administrator (Apprentice), you'll be joining our small but busy marketing team - a friendly bunch that'll help you settle in and learn all about the business, the way we work and the values we cherish. It's a great time to come on board too, lots of exciting plans for change and improvement.
We're a small (53 staff), but growing recruitment technology company who love to wow our customers! We're looking for an apprentice who can think both creatively and analytically to help us continue to promote our services and technologies to the HR and recruitment world.
Here's what you'll be doing - but don't worry - we don't expect you to be able to do all this on day one. This is a role you'll grow into and be supported by your colleagues and with training:
Helping to set up our training events (workshops and webinars)
Creating email marketing campaigns
Updating marketing assets (website, brochures, PDFs etc.)
Working on advertising campaigns (PCP, Print)
Helping to produce creative and written content
Gathering data and reporting on previous campaigns
Supporting the team with general marketing admin tasks
Working towards your apprenticeship qualification
What we'd love you to bring to us:
Great attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Eager and willing to learn
Able to work to deadlines
GCSE Maths and English Grade A-C/9-4 or equivalent
It would be great but not essential if you had the following:
Experience with the Adobe suite or other design tools
A marketing related qualification or experience
Many of our team started out as apprentices and graduates and have now developed into more senior roles. We hope that the apprentice we hire will want to continue with us into a permanent position.
