We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Apprentice to join our Global Recruitment team. This is a unique opportunity to start a career within talent acquisition, working as part of a friendly and collaborative global team whilst undertaking a Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer qualification.

As a Recruitment Apprentice, you will support the team with a variety of tasks and gain an insight into how the recruitment function supports the wider business. You'll be interacting daily with internal stakeholders and external candidates, so a passion for providing great customer service is key. You'll also need a great eye for detail, as you will be supporting with the day-to-day administration of our applicant tracking system (ATS), posting job adverts, and supporting to schedule candidate interviews. Over the course of the apprenticeship, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of areas including candidate attraction, shortlisting and interview skills.

We'll ensure you have the chance to learn on the job with mentoring and development from our colleagues, putting your 20% off the job training to practical use to cement your learning. Upon completion, you'll have developed and honed your knowledge and skills to grow your career.

What will this role involve?

* Assisting in the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) on a day-to-day basis, including loading job vacancies, ensuring that role information is accurate, posting job adverts on appropriate advertising sources and scheduling interviews.

* Management of the recruitment team inbox including responding to candidate and hiring manager queries

* Act as a first point of contact for recruitment team queries, resolving or escalating appropriately in a timely manner

* Supporting the T&F pre on-boarding process, working closely with the shared service team to ensure a positive and efficient experience is delivered to all candidates and hiring managers

* Keeping the recruitment intranet page up to date in order that it provides accurate, topical and relevant information to the business

* Compiling accurate and timely recruitment data for the HR monthly report and other reports as required

* Supporting with coordinating the annual preferred supplier list (PSL) review

* Delivering of an excellent service to all users of the Global Recruitment function through the provision of high quality, professional and timely administration

* Supporting the Recruitment Team and wider People Team as required on ad hoc projects

You will work towards gaining:

* Level 2 Apprenticeship as a Recruitment Resourcer (standard)

* You will need to complete an End Point Assessment to successfully pass your apprenticeship
