Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm - office based only

Due to significant investment in plant and technology and recent company growth, we are looking for an apprentice Junior Account Executive's with a desire to join our Client Services team within the fast-moving bulk mail and post industry. This role requires good IT skills, a confident manner and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. There is great scope for fast-track career progression to become an Account Executive, then rising to Account Manager and ultimately Account Director for the exceptional, highly driven candidate.

Training will be given.

Duties & Key Responsibilities:

- Support your team with all administration and campaign co-ordination associated with Client Account Management, including, but not limited to quoting clients, booking jobs on our Tharstern MIS system, dealing with daily queries, keeping Salesforce and Tharstern accurate and any other ad-hoc duties required by your team
- You are a point of contact for your team's clients and are expected to be pro-active in your approach to keeping clients updated, as jobs go through the factory and are dispatched
- Liaising with your AD, AM, the Data Team and the Operations Team to ensure each mailing goes out on time and with accuracy
- Raising invoices with 48 hours of mailing dispatch
- Using your own initiative to enhance our client's experience
- To seek out ways to maximise postage gross profit margin by exploring multiple ways to reduce buying-in costs
- Creating samples packs for potential clients
- Maintaining and developing your own knowledge within the mail and post industry to support your own progression
- Proactive approach to work processes and procedures, identifying areas of improvement when necessary to enhance client experience and the businesses performance overall

Skills Required:

- Some business knowledge, or knowledge of print, mail or postal services beneficial but not essential
- Experience of Salesforce and Tharstern MIS is desirable, but training will be given
- Microsoft Office Package: Excel, Outlook, Teams and Word knowledge is desirable but not essential

- Can do attitude - enthusiastic, motivated, driven, flexibility to tasks and hours of work. Demonstrate desire to learn more and improve and accept ownership and responsibility for your own career progression and your team's performance overall
