* How to prep create and cook different foods using traditional methods
* Use stone-based pizza oven, as well as cooking on pans
* General prep Kitchen hygiene and much more.
A large part of their job will consist of cleaning and washing implements, jumping between sections, and generally supporting the other chefs during service. The role is demanding, and the successful candidate must be willing to put in the work and absorb the techniques and recipes of the company.
Wednesday - Sunday, 4/5pm - 9/10:30pm.
We can be fully flexible to accommodate other commitments. However, working on weekends is essential.
