Our Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) department is a lean team of two! The department's functions include maintaining three certified management systems, conducting checks across the entire workplace to maintain and improve standards, facilitate routine processes for reporting and investigation incidents, chasing actions that arise from checks and investigations, providing support to departments in risk assessing work activities and equipment, and providing guidance and advice on a wide array of EHS topics.

In this role you will be responsible for:
1. Conducting HSE inspections and internal audits.
2. Ensuring occupation health surveillance is carried out.
3. Collating accident data and maintaining electronic and paper HSE records.
4. Assisting with the maintenance of the company management systems.
You will also be a key support to our Worcester Contact Centre, answering inbound phone calls. This will allow you to develop and enhance your communication skills for the future
