Looking for an opportunity to springboard your career into Human Resources within a supportive social enterprise as an apprentice then this could be the role you have been searching for!

As an Apprentice HRSS Assistant, your role will be to provide timely, efficient and effective administrative support to Total People, part of the LTE Group. You will work within the Group's HR Shared Services Team. The role will be to ensure the smooth running of the recruitment process and provide first line transactional administrative service to employees on HR issues. This will provide you with the opportunity to be involved in a variety of HR-related tasks as you undertake the Level 3 HR Apprenticeship.

Formal training will be provided both on the job and off the job. As well as your manager and peers you will have a dedicated Learning Coach to support you through your apprenticeship.

Key Requirements


GCSE grades A-C in English & Mathematics or equivalent
Previous Administration experience
Demonstrable customer service experience
Previous HR/Recruitment Administration Experience, preferably within a shared service environment
Working knowledge of HR/Recruitment policies and procedures
Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused ethos
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management
Efficient with Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational skills, managing own workload to meet tight deadlines Conscientious with a high
attention to detail
Ability to prioritise stakeholder needs whilst building a collaborative and partnership approach.
Exercise initiative and work independently as well as part of a team.Desirable
