Brief Overview of the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join the team assisting the office manager and Divisional Technical Manager. You must make sure that you portray a positive image of the company at all times and provide an excellent administration service. You will need excellent organisational and communication skills together with a general understanding of the organisation, its business requirements and commercial objectives, in order to provide the best possible service. You will work very closely with all sales and service centre employees but primarily provide support for the division's project sales team.
Run housekeeping reports, including outstanding deliveries, VFX3, backorder and blocked reports and Zpurn2.
Administration tasks, including creation and up-keep of articles and accounts, credits, debits, C&Cs, uploading certs into SAP, invoices.
Customer service - expediting suppliers on deliveries and progress and reporting to project team and directly to clients.
Assist in production and submittal of project documentation including documents registers, production procedures, final certification and data books.
Assists in project notification procedures for key production/inspection events.
General filing, including IXOS archiving.
Organise and upkeep project files both electronically and in hard copy and always look for continual improvement for management of such.
Follow the training you received when using any work items given to you.
Take responsible care of your own and other people's health and safety.
Co-operate with your employer on health & safety.
Tell someone (supervisor or health & safety representative) if yu think the work or inadequate precautions are putting anyone's health and safety at serious risk.
Support he company with environmental initiatives and any compliance issues.
English and Maths GCSE C/4 or equivalent.

Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch. Friday 9am-4pm with no lunch.
Total Hours - 35 per week
GBP4.30 per hour = GBP150.50 per week
The role will be mainly office based, although you may be travelling to visit customers, suppliers and/or to attend training, meetings or conferences.
