Graduate Trainee CRM Process Specialist

As a Graduate Trainee CRM Process Specialist, the objective of the program is to develop your talents in the best way possible and provide insight into operations and business Units.

This is a one-year program with a work assignment, and you will get to work on a project during this wonderful journey. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to attend regular training and social gatherings where the trainee group meets to acquire new skills and share experiences. Upon completion of the program, you are offered a permanent position where you will continue to work in a new position and build a successful career.

As the Graduate Trainee CRM Process Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing workflows and standards for entering data in the CRM whilst identifying ways to improve usage of the CRM through automating basic everyday tasks. We are looking for someone who is willing to get stuck in and build productive and trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the system administrator lead on the Dynamics CRM platform and perform end-user administration tasks, providing first-line support and troubleshooting on issues with the platform and third-party tools
Maintain CRM contact data records for the organization, overseeing data cleansing and update initiatives and looking for continuous improvement to increase the functionality and accuracy of the data held within it to meet the business requirements, linking closely with the membership team
Own, develop and execute the sales roadmap for CRM, working closely with system users to leverage the platform further to develop and achieve the aim of the CRM being fully integral to the sales process
Increase the utilization of the CRM through user engagement, develop CRM workflows to support business processes, extract data, produce tailored reports and respond to information requests
Provide support and CRM training to staff on an ongoing basis
Plan and implement a mid-to-long term strategy to improve the use of software across all business requirements and involvement in other data co-ordination and general IT requirements as neededEducation Required: Degree in an area of business, computing, science, Engineering, Technical or Business and Economics fields.

Language: English; Italian and German will be a plus

You have graduated in the last 24 months or you are completing a degree with, or looking to achieve at least a 2:2
Being fluent in English is a must as you will be working for a global company
Excellent communication and presentation skills is key.
