Graduate Business Process Specialist (PMO)

As a Graduate Business Process Specialist (PMO), the objective of the program is to develop your talents in the best way possible and provide insight into operations and business Units. You have graduated in the last 24 months or you are completing a degree in the Engineering, Technical or Business and Economics fields.

This is a one-year program with a work assignment, and you will get to work on a project during this wonderful journey. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to attend regular training and social gatherings where the trainee group meets to acquire new skills and share experiences. Upon completion of the program, you are offered a permanent position where you will continue to work in a new position and build a successful career.

As the Graduate Business Process Specialist (PMO), you will take a lead in mapping business process within the organisation and support the development of a Target Operating Model (TOM) for Sales, Service and Supply Chain functions. The role of the Business Process Trainee will be responsible for documenting universal processes and working in conjunction with the roll-out to perform gap analysis of as-in and to-be state. We are looking for someone who is willing to get stuck in and build productive and trusted relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops to elicit the target transitional and target operating model (TOM)
Gather requirements and consulted extensively with stakeholders to find the appropriate solution
Capture and analyse business processes and workflows and document within standard swim-lane format
Ensure TOMs are implementable within ERP and workflow tools; make amendments and consult with stakeholder group where necessary
Ensure TOM's are integrated across clearly documented processes and that the TOM's align with the future end state vision
Develop the organisational design and support implementation
Take responsibility for challenging colleagues to ensure process is meticulously mapped; Lead coaching and training sessions to explain processes and responsibilities to global stakeholder groups
Interested in developing knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools and machine learningEducation Required: Degree in an area of business, computing, science, Engineering, Technical or Business and Economics fields.

Specific or Technical knowledge: Continuous improvement, Workflow (swim-lane mapping), ERP, data handling, MS office tools (particularly Visio), basic understanding of coding.

You have graduated in the last 24 months or you are completing a degree with, or looking to achieve at least a 2:2
Being fluent in English is a must as you will be working with a global company
Excellent communication and presentation skills is key.
