Working closely with developers, they help to identify choice London investment opportunities for their clients, unlocking the potential of a site so that they achieve the best possible return on their investment.

Our client are now looking for determined graduates to join their leading company as Sales Development Representatives. Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and a string desire to develop and grow within the company!

Sales Development Representative Package:

A competitive basic salary of GBP27,000
Y1 OTE of up to GBP37,000!

Sales Development Representative Role:

Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company offering and the markets it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
Use researching tools and techniques and market information to generate a your own, strong pipeline
Proactively build relationships with prospect clients through phone calls, emails and social channels, being creative and personable in your approaches
Initiate detailed conversations regarding the company offering with prospect clients and customers, using exceptional customer service skills to gain an understanding of their requirements and pain points
Book meeting with customers and clients with senior members of the sales team, preparing any notes that will assist them in securing the sale
Manage and maintain the company CRM system with all details of the sales cycle and client information
Sales Development Representative Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Highly organised
Business acumen
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
