What you'll be doing
As a Graduate Marketing Executive, you'll work closely alongside the marketing manager and take ownership of numerous marketing activities, enabling us to successfully deliver on the company's goals and objectives. Your role will include:
Helping to develop and maintain all social media accounts
Producing brand and design materials, including brochures, social tiles, email signatures, proposals and other resources as necessary
Maintaining schedules and calendars relating to marketing initiatives
Liaising with internal teams to gather content and information in order to implement campaigns effectively
Creating graphs, reports and presentations using computer software (such as Adobe Creative Cloud)
Managing data input and performing detailed data analysis related to marketing activity
Assisting in the planning and execution of events, ranging from internal team socials to external careers fairs
Providing support with website updates and new content creation
What we're looking for
Self-motivated, driven and resilient individual with an ongoing desire to improve and advance in their career
A relevant university degree in marketing, business or a related field
Minimum one year's experience in a B2B marketing environment (desired but not essential)
Intermediate understanding of marketing concepts
A successful track record of delivering consistently to deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Creative and proactive approach to work, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
