The JFR Group are recruiting for an Apprentice to join our fast-growing business to provide support to an experienced recruitment team. We operate predominantly in the food manufacturing marketplace recruiting for everything from production operatives through to senior leadership positions across all sectors within our industry.
We operate a unique '180' model as we recognise that most recruitment consultants have a preference between sales and candidate management and would be able to offer experience of both sides of the business. We are happy to support an apprentice through either the Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 or Recruitment Consultant Level 3 standard.
Above apprentice minimum wage salary - negotiable based on prior work experiences
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The ideal candidate will be;
Confident speaking to people from various backgrounds
Computer literate with a good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Interested in a long-term career in recruitment and/or sales
Our offices are based in the Newark Beacon Centre in Newark-on-Trent, you would be required to work from our offices on a regular basis and also be able to work from home when required.
