We are working on behalf of a quality driven, specialist training provider to recruit for an Apprenticeships MIS Manager to join their team in Surrey. You will be responsible for overseeing the data entry and compliance for the apprenticeship contracts across the business.

Key responsibilities:

* Upholding the data integrity and supporting in the reporting of the data in a way that provides key information to the business

* Taking ownership and responsibility for the apprenticeship contract and leading on new and innovative ways to ensure data is captured, accurate and reflective of the business

* Ensuring that apprenticeship data is inputted in a timely and accurate manner by

* Leading on conducting checks to ensure full compliance and the integrity of data is upheld.

* Maintaining the learner database (PICS) and other organisational systems to ensure that the relevant information is gathered to provide MI

* Keeping up to date and having expert-level knowledge of the ESFA, current funding rules and supporting guidance

The ideal candidate will have a background within work-based learning/ adult education within a Data and Compliance role. You will need up to date knowledge of using MIS systems (ideally PICS) as well as a good understanding of ESFA compliance and audit requirements in relation to Apprenticeships.

The ability to produce accurate, timely reports and interpret data is essential, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be able to work on your own initiative, prioritising and working to deadlines as well as forming part of a team. Excellent IT skills are required, with the ability to use a range of software packages.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary of c. GBP30,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) plus company benefits package
