Job Description:

As the Apprentice Operations Administrator, you will be supporting technical/sales/operations teams across the business with administrative tasks
As the Apprentice Operations Administrator, you will be working closely with sales to produce estimates on projects and sales, processing sales orders and ensuring all documents and orders are accurate and compliant
You will be liaising with suppliers, forging solid working relationships with suppliers, obtaining quotes, sourcing materials and raising purchase orders
Answering calls ensuring calls are handled efficiently and effectively, demonstrating exceptional service at all times
Collating information and documentation for complex projects
Conducting market research and any other ad-hoc administrative tasks Candidate Requirements:

A recent school or college leaver who is looking to do an Apprenticeship within business administration
A highly academic individual who has achieved exceptional GCSE results with a minimum of a C in Maths & English would be ideal
Be enthusiastic to learn and develop
Have a thirst for knowledge and progression
Must be highly organised
Proactive individual who is keen to learn
Personable with strong verbal and written communication skills
Understand and be able to use Microsoft Office products Hours: Monday - Friday Full-time
Salary: GBP4.30 - GBP6.56 per hour DOE
