There will be opportunities for you to make an impact on exciting business projects while working across various teams, learning about our systems, processes and technologies, and building a deep understanding of how our business works. This should help you gain the skills and experience you need to advance to Team Manager before too long and progress to Shift Manager by the end of the programme.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
