You will be 4 days based in the prison, with one day working from home. Its a really supportive and friendly team. And we have seen 6 promotions alone within 12 months of people we have placed into this role across the organisation into more senior roles.
Based at HMP Guys Marsh, a category C Men's Prison in Dorset. You will work with prisoners to help them prepare for release ensuring they have the support they need. For each client you meet - you will make an assessment, put in place a plan, and provide them support around employment, housing, health, family relationships as well as helping them develop confidence and motivation. You will be great at networking, as you work within the prison in partnership with other providers to access specialist services.

People who have previously worked as an Employment Advisor, Probation Officer, Case Manager or Resettlement Officer may well be interested in this role. Criminology graduates looking to start their career are also welcome to apply. The stating salary is GBP23, 372 per annum
