We offer an exciting opportunity for you to join a fast-growing organisation to develop your professional experience.

We are looking to recruit a dynamic assistant case coordinator whose role would be to cover the case coordinators and office administrator when they are on annual leave/ sick leave etc. and manage the Case coordinator’s cases including handling referrals, liaising with instructing parties and experts, submitting quotations, proof reading and submitting expert witness reports and invoicing.

Role Description and Key responsibilities

  • To cover case co-ordinators for all aspects of case management and working closely with Team Leader while covering case co-ordinators
  • To take new enquiries/ referrals from solicitors, private clients and any other customer by telephone, email and post and cover the office administrator when required
  • To provide (and chase) quotes and CVs to instructing parties while covering case co-ordinators
  • To prepare instructions for experts, arrange appointments, chase and submit reports and create and chase invoices while covering case coordinators
  • To cover Accounts Administrator as and when required
  • To contact and liaise with experts to explain case details and establish timescales for cases while covering case coordinator
  • To manage and update the case management database on a daily basis

Desired Skills

  • Experience in using Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and work within deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Proactive, able to multitask and have good customer service skills

Desired Qualifications

  • A-C GCSE grades in maths and English are desirable however, not essential for this role. 

Training to be provided

Business Administration Level 3 qualification 

  • In house training to be provided by the employer 
  • Functional skills in maths and English to be provided by the training provider
