Graduate Pastoral Support Assistant -- The role:

Full-time placement for the full academic year
Working Monday-Friday, term time only
Immediate start date
375-450 a week
Support pupils with additional needs
Work closely with the SENCo department
Follow tailored learning programmes
Make a real impact on student's lives

Graduate Pastoral Support Assistant -- Person specification:

University degree, 2:1 or higher
Strong academic background
Passion for education
Previous experience working with children is required
Knowledge and/or experience supporting needs such as Autism/ADHD
