Harriet Ellis Training Solutions specialise in medical training courses.

Due to our expansion of this service, we are looking for an Apprentice to join our Customer service team to help support our busy team.

Duties will include:

* Liaising with both Dental Practices and Students in relation to their training program.

* Arranging interviews for potential apprentices with Dental Practices.

* Completing all paperwork for the placements that are made. A good level of IT skills is required.

* To upload and maintain all live job vacancies on the relevant websites/platforms to ensure a candidate application flow.

* To create and send out regular mail shots to Dental Practices across England to support the development of business for the apprenticeship programme.

Desired skills

You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a strong ability to want to learn new things.

Personal qualities

Hardworking, wanting to learn and listen and develop a role into your own, trustworthy and loyal.

Desired qualifications

GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.
