Job Details

At Sanctuary Students you will be working towards a Customer Service Level 2 alongside your daily roles and responsibilities.

Your daily roles will include;

- Working on reception and answering/diverting calls in a professional manner.

- Providing key customer service and administration support including dealing with customer queries by email, face to face and telephone.

- Managing incoming and outgoing post.

- General administration duties.

- Organising, filing and processing and managing correspondence.
