Job Title: Graduate Business Development Representative, German fluency
Salary: GBP30k basic + GBP15k OTE

They're now looking for driven, German fluent graduates to join their sales team as Business Development Representatives.
Business Development Representative Package:
A competitive basic salary of GBP30,000
Y1 OTE of GBP45,000!

Business Development Representative Role:
Gain a thorough understanding of the company offering, and keep up-to-date with current industry trends, competitors, and current/new company products and services
Use researching tools and techniques to generate your own pipeline of new business
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Perform prospect outreach through phone calls, emails and social channels, contacting potential clients and initiating an interest in the company offering
Maintain contact with prospect organisations, identifying their business needs and suggest appropriate products and services that would benefit them
Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure suitable messaging and information is being distributed to your clients
Maintain sales forecasting data in the sales reporting system
Business Development Representative Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Essential: Fluency in German and English
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
