We are currently looking for German, French or Italian Science Graduates who are keen to utilise their scientific expertise to join a unique pharmaceutical organisation based in Derbyshire.
You will be joining an incredible team of multilingual Patient Liaisons guiding Health Care Professionals to determine patient's eligibility to join programs.
This role will be office-based and any candidates applying must be willing to work in their office (no remote working is available for this role). Full Covid 19 precautions are in operation and will be talked through prior to submission.
In addition, you will:
* Be the first point of contact between Health Care Professionals and patients
* Support Physicians throughout the process and ensure all questions are answered in a timely manner
* Identify continuous improvement operational processes and deliver against team's KPIs when possible
* Ensure country-specific quality & regulatory measures are in place
The successful candidate will speak fluent German, French or Italian and be educated in a Healthcare/Science related subject. As this is a highly customer facing role, previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential. In addition, you will have excellent communication and MS Office skills.
Based in Derbyshire, this role is commutable by train, bus and car from locations such as Birmingham and Nottingham.
