What will the apprentice be doing?
Our Operations and IT Degree Apprenticeship is a great opportunity for someone who would like to start a career with one of the world's most successful insurance companies. You'll be able to earn and learn in an apprenticeship role that will give you a job with real responsibility from day one, whilst studying for a fully funded degree.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be supported and challenged throughout the program whilst working on a number of projects and initiatives ensuring you put the customer at the heart of all we do.
Alongside work you will complete a Level 6 BSC Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will take 36 months plus an End Point Assessment.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On your final rotation you will be given an opportunity to specialise in your preferred function.
