A typical day
  • We're looking for an outstanding apprentice who is passionate about process and continuous improvement. You will be supporting every aspect of our onboarding process, to ensure our apprentices have a world class experience when they join our apprenticeship programmes.
  • Creating delivery plans for upcoming programmes and ensuring calendar invites are sent to apprentices for all sessions
  • Keeping our partnership trackers up to date with upcoming launch information
  • Supporting the launch operations team with attendance tracking
  • Liaising with our coaches in the delivery team to help answer questions about upcoming launches and ensure they have all the information they need
  • Dealing with adhoc requests and tasks
  • Assisting with managing the team inbox, ensuring we're providing an excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Creating data reports on Metabase (data tool)
  • Supporting the onboarding of cohorts via our internal platform
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met for pre-launch administrative tasks
  • Sending additional resources to line managers and apprentices

Desired qualifications

You must have
  • GCSE English & Maths 4-9 (C-A*) or equivalent
  • Level 3 qualification (A level, BTEC or equivalent)
  • Six months' admin experience

Future prospects

After your Project Management apprenticeship progress into Project Management, Digital Transformation Manager, Business Development Lead, Programme Manager, Transformation Director and Process Transformation Director or other management roles within your field.
