We are looking for driven, ambitious and talented graduates to join the team, initially working directly on our software platform to help configure bespoke client solutions.

Whilst the initial role has a technical angle, this position will not necessarily be reserved for technical candidates. If you have a proven analytical capability, and a willingness to learn then this will be sufficient for you to apply, as full training will be provided. The important point is that you will learn how our software works and use this knowledge to support you in your future roles within the company.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
  • Reading and understanding business requirements
  • Configuring systems for external clients
  • Working on internal system configuration
  • Once fully trained, you will be responsible for training junior members of staff
  • Take ownership of problems, perform a diagnosis and fix issues
  • Undertaking activities which can help to develop professional skills or other additional insight into own working role

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Ideally someone who has trained/worked in software development
  • Understanding of technology projects including Software Development/Testing
  • Ability to understand digital functions of a business platform
  • IT literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and an understanding of data handling
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Methodical and process driven to deliver work consistently with appropriate controls and measures
  • Understanding of organisational culture, missions, objectives, strategies and critical success factors
  • Undertaking activities which can help to develop professional skills or other additional insight into own working role

  • Enthusiastic and driven with a desire to succeed and to help others to succeed
  • Excellent team player
  • Situationally aware - notice differences and issues as they arise, resolve quickly or escalate when appropriate
  • A willingness to learn through independent study and listening to experienced personnel carrying out a similar role

Desired qualifications

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and maths).
