The Role:
We are looking for an apprentice administrator to join our ever-growing team. Ideally, the candidate will be willing to learn the complexity of the role over time and understand that it is better to walk not run. Accuracy and the quality of the work we produce is paramount in this role so the candidate will be supported by a mentor and learn via a full training programme / completion of skills matrix.

The successful candidate will study a Business Administrator Level 3 Standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.

- Answering incoming calls from solicitors/medical reporting agencies
- Liaising with claimants, and arranging appointments for expert witnesses
- Handing confidential and sensitive data/reports
- Being part of a team that manage the administration, logistics and growth of the expert witness's medico-legal practice
