The business is made up of three teams Technical, Commercial and Operations.
The role will be within our Technical team and will be the most Junior role reporting to the Head of Technical, supported by the Operations Manager.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
The Apprentice will be working towards being able to install, configure and troubleshoot wireless solutions from specifications given by the commercial team, using a variety of branded systems. To follow guidelines and approved standards and regulations. Communication and customer support are key roles, along with being able to produce accurate documentation, data capture and reporting.
Requirements and prospects Desired skills
- A form of history in IT would be advantageous
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work from height
- Team player
- Willingness to learn
- Clean driving licence and your own transport (due to travelling within the role)
- All technical skills can be taught
5 GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including English Language, and maths.Future prospects

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
